The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
