The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
- Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications:
