Job Responsibilities:

  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will handle service requests for the maintenance and repair of laptops and desktops within the metropolitan area.
  • Your duties will encompass repair tasks such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
  • You may also be responsible for performing complete unit swaps and repairing or replacing peripheral devices.
  • Reliable transportation is essential as this role involves servicing various locations in the metro area.
  • Ensure timely closure of service tickets in the Call Management system using company-provided devices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repairs.
  • Experience in computer assembly is preferred.
  • General understanding of hardware and software for laptops/desktops, including basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues as directed.
  • Client and/or governmental clearance may be necessary.
  • Background verification may be required.
