We are looking for a Site Services Administrator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Lubbock, TX.

In this role, you will support business and cross-functional processes within a team-based environment, including activities such as budget planning input, utility cost control, material management, facility maintenance services scheduling, FI/MM invoicing assistance, and providing guidance to teams and peers. In addition, you will interact with internal and external customers regarding invoicing, payments, problem resolution, and process improvement.

During your day shift as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will
  • Enter purchase requests in SAP system, track charge amounts for purchase order funding, record goods receipts (GR) and service entry sheet (SES) for work orders or purchase orders and approve vendor invoices for payment after confirming GR or SES.
  • Process invoices from vendors and contractors in SAP Work-Cycle system, ensuring accuracy before payment.
  • Assist vendors with invoice issue resolution, proposal submittals, and payment status requests through necessary meetings. In addition, you will support supervisory staff with Work Orders as required.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations set by BASF and management, as well as attend meetings with site management teams to address process-related matters and budgeting questions when required.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the development of PR/PO for the upcoming year, incorporating input from site managers regarding any additions or removals to the list, following the existing workflow.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to management regarding the status of invoice payments, maintenance project costs, and any identified issues. Additionally, you will provide updated reports on spend amounts, vendor analysis, and vendor account records to management as requested.
  • Attend training sessions provided by BASF groups for PR/PO and purchasing activities.

  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of administrative or related experience (required).
  • Have SAP and Microsoft Office Suite experience (preferred).
  • Possess knowledge in procurement and experience with purchase orders (preferred). Internal
  • Can successfully manage daily office functions, work effectively within short timelines, and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Have experience and competency handling confidential information.
  • Possess broad experience working with all levels in a matrix global organization.
