Job Summary:

Cinemark Theatres is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the General Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Implement security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to the building during non-operating hours.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on theatre property, including tile and carpet floors, wall coverings, and seats.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
