Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including hotels, pools, and surrounding areas.
- Team Management: Direct and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management, staff, and guests to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure that all facilities are prepared for unexpected events.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Technical licenses such as HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing are highly desirable.
