Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including hotels, pools, and surrounding areas.
  • Team Management: Direct and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management, staff, and guests to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure that all facilities are prepared for unexpected events.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Technical licenses such as HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
