Must Haves:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and/or HR coordination, or recent college graduate with relevant internship experience.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to generate reports and spreadsheets, and track information.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Payroll/HR Coordinator to join our team in Miami/Doral. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR functions, or a recent college graduate with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn. We prioritize candidates with excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor, as this role involves client interaction and handling various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and payroll-related requests.
  • Assist with HR functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
