Key Responsibilities:
National NNL Group Inc is in search of a dedicated individual with a robust work ethic and eagerness to learn as a full-time Construction Financial Coordinator. This role demands exceptional organizational skills to effectively support our operations.

  • Oversee and verify all field time entries, ensuring accurate allocation to respective projects and making necessary adjustments.
  • While payroll processing is not a requirement, this role involves approving time and attendance records critical for payroll accuracy.
  • Review and approve the Materials, Equipment, and Transportation (MET) report, necessitating an understanding of equipment and materials utilized on each construction project, including transportation costs.
  • Compile comprehensive invoices for clients that encompass employee time, attendance, and materials used.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while generating reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of accounting courses or a degree in accounting is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in general accounting functions is required.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Experience in payroll or other accounting roles is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in construction or restoration accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
