The Regional Marketing Lead is accountable for supporting the achievements of ACGs short and long term Mission, Vision and strategic objectives by: working with Directors of Business Development, Agency Managers, and Allstate Sales Agents (ASAs) to create marketing plans to support regional growth and that are aligned to ACGs marketing strategy. The Regional Marketing Lead is the link between the field and Head Office Marketing; ensuring the field is aware of the tools available and best practices, and providing feedback to Head Office about the tools provided and the needs of the field.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with Agency Managers and Directors of Business Development to help them develop marketing plans using the marketing tools, guidelines, best practices, and strategies developed by Head Office Marketing
  • Educate the field on the marketing tools available and help ensure their effective utilization allowing customization of the tools to support, ASA, AIA and Regional goals and centres of influence(s) while providing feedback to Head Office where possible to guide future development and change.
  • Oversee and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Monitor approved expenses to ensure all marketing activities stay within the approved budget and is utilised within the agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure all regional marketing materials and activities adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional events, tradeshows and customer engagement activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads in alignment with ACGs strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
  • Other Duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently as a significant amount of time will be spent supporting the field
  • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers on how to develop and activate effective marketing plans and strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles. Understanding and use of best practice techniques in order to ensure compliance and effective completion of project plans.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media
