This individual will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, development, monitoring, and continuous management of diverse marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Collaborating closely with sales and Pro's acquisition, retention, and product marketing departments, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the bottom line for POLITICO Pro.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to create, track, optimize acquisition and engagement initiatives such as emails, segments, forms, landing pages, templates, and more
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine emails based on audience specifics, timing, and subject lines
  • Ensure accurate design, delivery, and monitoring of digital assets advertised through various channels for precise reporting
  • Stay updated on Marketo enhancements and industry trends to maximize campaign efficacy
  • Manage the ON24 webinar platform to facilitate regular events across different business sectors
  • Coordinate with revenue operations and marketing teams to enhance the size, health, consistency, and quality of the marketing database
  • Utilize Asana for efficient team project monitoring workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B or subscriptionbased offerings
  • 1+ year working with Marketo or similar marketing automation tools
  • Proficient problem solver with analytical skills and understanding of the inbound methodology
  • Familiarity with internal sales team dynamics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously within set deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
