Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance our B2B revenue operations by managing the scheduling, creation, tracking, and continuous oversight of multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate across various departments, including sales and product marketing, directly influencing our revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to design, monitor, test, and refine acquisition and engagement campaigns, including emails, segments, forms, landing pages, and templates.
  • Utilize insights to conduct A/B testing, optimizing email performance based on audience segmentation, timing, and subject lines.
  • Ensure the effective layout, deliverability, and tracking of all digital assets across multiple channels for accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed about advancements in marketing automation tools and industry trends to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee our webinar platform to facilitate regular events for various business units.
  • Work with revenue operations and marketing teams to enhance the quality and consistency of our marketing database.
  • Partner with analysts to assess campaign performance post-execution and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain an efficient workflow for team projects.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or subscription-based services.
  • At least 1 year of experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of the inbound marketing methodology and its impact on customer journeys.
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Adaptable and capable of supporting the team beyond defined responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
