Comcast Spectacor is headquartered at the Wells Fargo Center (WFC) in Philadelphia, PA. The WFC, the 4th most highly attended arena nationally and 7th most attended in the world is home to 270+ events per year, including the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Wings, Villanova, concerts, and events. Comcast Spectacor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast and maintains connected and disconnected networks within the Wells Fargo Center.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Department of Comcast Spectacor is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to support our diverse group of internal clients. Responsible for providing Human Resources support in the areas of onboarding, orientation, reporting/clerical duties, new hire experience and HRIS entry. Supports recruitment efforts for all part time and event personnel. This role requires flexible scheduling and non-standard hours. This role will regularly work nights and weekends as required by event staffing needs.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the onboarding process for part time and event staff.
  • Manage and support payroll adjustments.
  • General support functions, such as sending updates for Labor Law postings, supply orders, and processing mail.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
