Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting the overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-volume communication via phone.
  • Manage the human resource information system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Compile monthly and annual reports on employee status changes, including terminations, transfers, and new hires.
  • Ensure the completeness of employee files by collecting and verifying credentials as per company standards.
  • Confirm credentials and fulfill other relevant client credentialing requirements.
  • Prepare and generate reports as needed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a human resources capacity.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong typing and computer proficiency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
