Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and provide administrative support for the hiring process.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Address employment verification issues with HR team members.
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
  • Maintain updated orientation materials and guides.

HR Information Systems (HRIS):

  • Conduct focus groups and compile feedback.
  • Support various HR programs and processes administratively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases while ensuring confidentiality.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees regarding HR policies and workplace issues.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns confidentially and promptly.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process and assist in developing performance management systems.
  • Provide training for managers on conducting performance evaluations.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Collaborate on special HR projects, including audits and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of compliance and best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport among diverse employees.
