Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions within our organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-volume telephonic communication.
  • Manage the human resource information system, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained and verified.
  • Maintain HR files and documentation in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies.
  • Compile monthly and annual reports related to employee transitions, including terminations, transfers, and new hires.
  • Ensure the accuracy of file completion by collecting and documenting the credentials of direct care workers as per company guidelines.
  • Verify credentials and fulfill other client credentialing prerequisites.
  • Prepare and produce reports as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a human resources capacity.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong typing and computer proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
