Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the Human Resources database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Compose clear and concise memos to employees to effectively communicate policy and procedural changes.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Review resumes in the online database to identify qualified candidates for specific open positions.
  • Maintain applications and applicant flow logs in accordance with standard company procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and special projects as needed.
  • File documents and respond to phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
  • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws - preferred.
