Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build strong connections with customers to understand their platform needs and preferences, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Reconnect with inactive users in the application process, assisting them, addressing their queries, and re-engaging them.
  • Keep informed about market trends, news, and developments to provide optimal support to customers.
  • Inform clients about the company’s futures trading platform, account opening procedures, and funding options.


Expectations & Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Holding a Series 3 License is advantageous but not essential for employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and networking.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, including futures products, is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to communicate these effectively to customers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
  • Previous experience in New Accounts or client-facing roles is desirable.
