Technical Support Specialist - Junior : Similar to a Help Desk Technician but often involves broader responsibilities, including setting up and maintaining printer,hardware, software installation, desktop configuration, mailbox setup and network troubleshooting.


Contract : 3 Months (extendable subject to demand)


Detailed responsibilities :


  • Responsible for managing co-ordination with organization's IT infrastructure senior teams, including servers, networks, and desktop systems.
  • Provides frontline support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems
  • Often involves hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Manage inventory, receives the hardware & maintain inward- outward registers
  • Co-ordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams for specialized activities
