Title: Sales Operations Manager

Nature of Role: We are in search of an experienced and energetic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for enabling the sales organization through excellence to effectively commercialize the OhmX electronic genome mapping platform.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in sales operations and sales excellence that includes the use of CRM as well, as well as the enthusiasm to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a phenomenal opportunity for growth as we launch a next generation platform that will make a significant impact on the course of genomic analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of our Salesforce CRM and database
  • Engage internal stakeholders, capture requirements, and work with 3rd party developers on infrastructure changes, integrations, and improvements
  • Make modifications to the CRM as needed to support functionality and improvements
  • Develop reports for management on CRM performance
  • Issue licenses and train new employees as needed on regarding CRM use and expectations
  • Develop, organize, and manage a proper system for roll out and access to approved collateral for the field teams.
  • Take ownership and the management of a sales playbook for sales reps in the field to use including new information and updates
  • Coordinate event support for sales managers in the field
  • Assist in organizing internal commercial meetings, provide agendas, and minutes as needed


Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in relevant field required with 5+ years of sales operations experience
  • Power user of Salesforce and a Salesforce Certified Admin or comparable with a degree of data management experience
  • 3-4 years of Hubspot experience. Hubspot Super Admin Bootcamp preferred
  • Experience managing and integrating sales and marketing tech stacks (Hubspot, SFDC, Xactly, PowerBI, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Sales enablement experience a plus
  • Examples leading the design and establishment of a fully functional CRM
  • This is a remote position which requires some domestic travel mostly to San Diego and occasional trips to Providence, RI
