Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a robust analytical framework for Sales Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to establish strategic planning initiatives, including organizational structure, market entry strategies, key performance indicators, headcount needs, investment strategies, and essential training across various segments.
  • Ensure operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting by delivering analytics and insights to Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to assess critical business drivers.
  • Articulate business insights and strategic recommendations to Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to guide organizational direction.
  • Oversee data governance and management for Sales Operations, focusing on data cleansing, manipulation, and preparation.

  • Forecasting and Insights: Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to oversee forecasting and analytical processes.
  • Flexibility / Adaptability: Demonstrates agility in leading effectively through organizational changes.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in Sales and Marketing SaaS operations, utilizing SFDC reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Growth Mindset: Positive attitude, taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Integrity: Ethical approach, earning trust and maintaining confidence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce Einstein/CRM is a plus
  • Experience in the software or services sector is beneficial
  • Strong strategic planning and foresight capabilities
  • Enjoys presenting and communicating effectively at all levels

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary for this position ranges from $108,000 to $160,000, influenced by various factors such as skills, education, and experience. The total rewards package includes additional benefits and performance-based bonuses/commissions depending on the role and employment type.
