Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Act as a primary contact for clients, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service through effective communication via phone and email.
- Identify and engage key accounts, utilizing sales calls, property tours, and networking opportunities to enhance sales.
- Support management with tasks such as group rooming lists, billing, commission processing, proposals, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain accurate vendor and client information and collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless execution of group and corporate directives.
- Manage banquet and meeting spaces for assigned groups, serving as the liaison between the hotel and clients throughout the event process.
- Analyze market trends and assist in strategic planning to optimize revenue performance.
- Provide insights on competitive positioning and assist in identifying revenue opportunities.
- Prepare reports for management and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Strong outside sales capabilities.

- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.

Employees must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting/moving items up to 25 pounds. Work hours may vary based on occupancy and other factors.
