POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is pivotal in meeting established sales objectives, aiding in the selection and development of personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold and implement sales policies and standards, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
  • Achieve set sales goals through effective transaction closures on a daily basis.
  • Exhibit a high standard of professionalism consistently.
  • Oversee the training, assessment, and performance management of team members.
  • Actively participate in daily sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Site Trainer to provide initial and ongoing training.
  • Assist in recruiting future sales talent.
  • May conduct group sales presentations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expectations and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in leading sales teams is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet production standards.
  • No travel required beyond the local area.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary; a College Degree is preferred.
  • A valid CA Real Estate License is required.
