Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a college degree, have over 2 years of experience in inside sales management with a track record of success, and exhibit a strong interest in engaging with customers and prospects.

  • Generates revenue by guiding the team in soliciting and securing orders, interpreting technical requirements, providing essential technical information, and developing client accounts.
  • Evaluates competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor data and trends, identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Creates sales opportunities by instructing the inside sales team on researching and identifying potential clients, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical insights, and preparing quotations.
  • Secures new accounts and mentors the team on account closure strategies.
  • Processes orders by transferring them to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery timelines, and explaining stock availability.
  • Enhances client accounts by reviewing purchasing history, suggesting related and new products, and explaining technical features.
  • Maintains and improves quality outcomes by adhering to standards and recommending enhanced policies and procedures.
  • Stays updated on job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Achieves departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse requests.
