We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Property Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to property owners and asking pre-qualifying questions. Gathering information on: motivation, property condition, timeline, and price. This role is critical in helping us identify and acquire properties that meet our investment criteria.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information about the property, understanding the seller's motivation, and assessing the property's condition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Record and update accurate information about leads in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for property evaluations and meetings with the acquisitions team.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team for effective lead generation and conversion strategies. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments. 
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review goals, KPI’s and analytics.
  • Must be on the phone for the work shift and provide a quiet environment free from distractions while receiving inbound and making outbound calls.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential sellers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and property acquisitions is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Must have 1-3 years of call center experience. 
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
