Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound communications to property owners to uncover potential acquisition prospects.
  • Assess leads by collecting data regarding the property, understanding the seller's motivations, and evaluating the property's condition.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective sellers through effective dialogue and follow-up.
  • Document and maintain precise information about leads in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate appointments for property assessments and meetings with the acquisitions team.
  • Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to devise effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and industry advancements.
  • Engage in weekly team discussions to evaluate goals, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Maintain a distraction-free environment while handling inbound and outbound calls during work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to quickly and effectively build rapport with potential sellers.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused with a robust work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer competencies.
  • Understanding of the real estate sector and property acquisitions is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
