Role Summary

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be instrumental in steering our demand generation initiatives for clients across diverse sectors. Your responsibilities will include crafting, executing, and refining campaigns that stimulate lead generation, nurture potential clients, and aid in fulfilling our clients' revenue and growth goals. This position requires a combination of strategic foresight, hands-on execution, and analytical skills to assess and drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement extensive demand generation strategies to achieve or surpass pipeline generation and revenue objectives for our clients.
  • Work in conjunction with marketing, sales, and client success teams to synchronize strategies and enhance the lead-to-customer conversion process.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, web, social media, and digital advertising to effectively engage target demographics.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and deliver insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Develop engaging content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with campaign goals.
  • Efficiently manage budgets and resources to maximize impact and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in monitoring and interpreting marketing metrics to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team setting as well as work independently.
