Job Overview:

As an Account Executive at Kinect, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our firm. This dual-role position involves both business development and account management responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote the firm’s services.
  • Schedule and conduct both in-person meetings and video meetings with client targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt business strategies accordingly.


Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including client feedback, placements, and revenue generated.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems is a plus.
