I am representing a $18M (approx) annual recurring revenue (ARR) scaling/rapidly growing exciting SaaS company based in Portland, OR..............that is seeking an experienced FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKING PreSales, Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant that is physically living in/based in Miami Area.


My client SaaS company is revolutionizing the world of data management and analytics with an innovative cloud data platform purpose-built for petabyte-scale datasets. They enable organizations to slash their data costs while simultaneously increasing their data retention. We are seeking a versatile Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will bring your technical expertise to a diverse customer environment, supporting pre-sales, professional services and customer success engagements.


Your day-day will be working with customers and prospects to help them leverage the company's product / data platform across a variety of cloud environments. You’ll partner with customers and partners, become a trusted advisor to our users, help them realize their data aspirations, and improve their time-to-value.


Responsibilities

● Client facing Technical Presales and Solutions architecture, both pre and post sales.

● Lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations to meet customer expectations

● Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, data management challenges, and specific requirements

● Provide technical guidance, support and best practices to customers on utilizing the company's product/platform to achieve their data management and analytics goals

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers

● Provide expert guidance to clients, covering dashboarding, API interfaces, data ingestion and transformation, using the company's product/platform and other 3rd party tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.

● Contribute to the development of product documentation, customer feedback, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding.


Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum 5 Years proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect or Technical Presales role.

Good Experience of the Presales role and trained in at least one sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Solution Selling etc).

● Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

● An understanding of CDN technologies.

● Experience with database management systems, data platforms or database software including SQL.

● Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Experience with Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Grafana, Python .
