We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to contribute to our Keel Mind division. This dynamic mental health startup is looking for adaptable individuals who thrive in a growing business environment. Our SaaS platform is designed for mental health practitioners, focusing on training, measuring, and enhancing the effectiveness of care delivery. We operate across various sectors and are continuously expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product knowledge support to the Keel Mind sales team and business managers.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and product management.
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and offer product consultancy on application and configurations.
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and IT teams during the pre-sales phase.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our solutions.
  • Work alongside the sales team to tailor demonstrations based on client requirements.
  • Communicate technical concepts and benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing insights and recommendations based on their unique business challenges.
  • Ensure timely creation of bids in accordance with business division pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain high technical quality and configuration standards in proposals.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Keel Mind and competitor products and solutions.
  • Support trade fairs and represent Keel Mind in the healthcare sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of sales or pre-sales experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales or similar technical role within the SaaS domain.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT architecture frameworks.
  • Knowledge of mental health EMRs and workflows.
  • Understanding of EMR systems and interconnectivity.
  • Awareness of HIPAA and PIPEDA regulations.
