Your responsibilities will include guiding potential clients through our comprehensive process, articulating each phase in an easily understandable manner. Adopting a consultative sales approach, you will ask insightful questions to uncover a prospect's needs, allowing you to effectively diagnose their SEO challenges and opportunities.
Following this, you will conduct thorough audits of the prospect's website and market landscape, crafting tailored SEO strategies that align with their objectives. Each week, you will manage numerous inbound inquiries, progressing them from initial contact to discovery meetings, and ultimately to client onboarding. You will serve as a vital link between our sales and operational teams.
Your role will encompass various tasks including SEO audits, strategy formulation, presentation delivery, telesales, negotiation, and sales administration. We are looking for a versatile individual who can excel in all these areas and more.
To thrive in this position, you will need to possess advanced knowledge of SEO and PPC, along with exceptional sales capabilities (or the willingness to quickly acquire sales skills). Rest assured, we will provide you with sales scripts and extensive training to maximize your success.
Key Requirements

- You possess a holistic view of business and marketing, considering all online channels—not just search. You would describe yourself as a 'full stack' marketer.
- You can simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences, conveying advanced SEO topics in clear language to even the most inexperienced marketers or business owners.
- Building relationships is one of your strengths. You establish trust and rapport quickly, both with potential clients and within our team.
