About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team at Masco Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key specifiers in the commercial plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key specifiers, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Target new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new customers and projects in the commercial plumbing industry.
  • Assist in the development of specification packages and sales materials to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in product knowledge seminars and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial sales, specification selling, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
