Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Machines:

* Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.

* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.

* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Sheet Metal Fabrication:

* Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, including shears, presses, and brakes.

* Perform tasks such as cutting, bending, and forming sheet metal components.

* Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications.

* Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

* Perform routine maintenance on CNC and sheet metal fabrication equipment.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

* Coordinate with maintenance team for complex repairs and servicing.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines and/or sheet metal fabrication equipment.

* Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is highly desirable.

Skills:

* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.

* Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
