Job Overview:

The Production Coordinator will support the Production and/or Installation team and builders by handling a variety of tasks to ensure all operational and residential new construction needs are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and field staff to meet all builder and job requirements.
  • Work hand in hand with production management to schedule field staff for installations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with builders to ensure timely installations.
  • Dispatch, monitor, and follow up on the progress of field staff in completing assigned tasks.
  • Handle data entry, including recording timekeeping for field staff accurately.
  • Utilize emails, text messages, and other communication tools to streamline the allocation of manpower and resources throughout the day.
  • Resolve any scheduling or production conflicts effectively.
  • Make outbound customer phone calls, such as following up on permits and inspections, and rescheduling services.
  • Perform courtesy calls to builders.
  • Establish rapport and nurture long-term relationships with builders and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Undertake any other assigned duties.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of office experience, including substantial phone communication with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work overtime with short notice; occasional weekend hours may be necessary.

  • Prior experience in HVAC or construction environment.
