Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Strategy Leader, you will take charge of:

1. **Prioritizing Initiatives**: Overseeing the product area initiatives and feature backlog in collaboration with product area teams.
2. **Strategic Coordination**: Leading the alignment of your product area with Architects to define and deliver customer value while planning for growth and monitoring the product lifecycle.
3. **Roadmap Management**: Coordinating your product area's roadmaps and schedules based on available resources.
4. **Resource Identification**: Assisting in identifying resource requirements across various initiatives within your Product Area.
5. **Dependency Management**: Overseeing and managing dependencies and risks associated with initiatives and features in your product area.
6. **Communication Cadence**: Ensuring effective communication across product area teams and maintaining a robust feedback loop.
7. **Impediment Reporting**: Monitoring and reporting any impediments that arise during the process.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Strategy Leader will collaborate with stakeholders to establish the product vision at the team level, focusing on prioritizing tasks that deliver customer value. You will:

- Assess and shape the performance and direction of new and existing product lines, executing strategic product plans.
- Support the team in achieving specific product goals, evaluating performance, and identifying innovations to enhance business value and meet customer needs.
- Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues in your daily operations.

Execution Strategy:
- Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), keeping it updated regularly.
- Conduct meetings with the product team to ensure alignment and progress on the product backlog.
- Ensure product features comply with applicable standards and maintain the highest quality, including timely security updates.
- Participate in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs for the product team, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
- Create and maintain essential product documentation, including customer journey maps and technical specifications.
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps to innovate new products, enhance existing offerings, or improve performance.

Collaboration and Leadership:
- Engage with stakeholders on key product considerations, aligning with the product vision and roadmap.
- Utilize customer insights, feedback, and market trends to define product features and roadmap in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Contribute to defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensure timely delivery of features and user stories aligned with the broader product vision.
- Define functional and non-functional product requirements, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Establish appropriate testing frameworks for product features and collaborate with data stewards to ensure data quality controls are in place.

Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze and interpret key product performance metrics, including financials and customer feedback trends, to inform strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team, empowering them to make decisions close to the work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within the Financial Services or Technology sectors, or related fields.
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Certification: Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner.
- Experience in product delivery related to Debit Gateway Products, Debit Disputes Products, or similar areas.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
