We are looking for a Chemical Business Coordinator- Process Safety Management

The Chemical Business Coordinator for Process Safety Management ensures compliance with the standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Goodyear's Chemical plants. Responsibilities include overseeing the Mechanical Integrity Inspection Program, coordinating process hazard evaluations, managing the change process, ensuring compliance with PSM procedures, and collaborating with different teams to ensure action plans are on track.

  • Oversee compliance requirements of OSHA's PSM and EPA RMP.
  • Coordinate the Mechanical Integrity Inspection Program for PSM regulations.
  • Facilitate process hazard evaluations and incident investigations.
  • Maintain key performance indicators for PSM/RMP.

Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred: Master's Degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer's license, API certifications.

Experience:
Several years of experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment with hands-on Process Safety Management involvement.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience with recognized engineering practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in leading process hazard analysis reviews.
