This role involves collaboration with our hotel management company, Presidian, and our private equity firm, MLSA, to identify, target, and pursue new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate, particularly in acquisitions, hotels, or brokerage, and will possess the ability to forge and maintain relationships with hotel owners and property stakeholders across Texas.


Responsibilities:


Work with Presidian and MLSA to develop and maintain a target list of hotel owners and properties in Texas for potential acquisition or management by leveraging internal and external resources.

Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to track down and verify ownership contact information for targeted properties, including internal and external software.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with hotel owners and other key stakeholders to facilitate discussions on management contracts or acquisition opportunities.

Work closely with Presidian and MLSA teams to strategize and implement effective approaches for securing management contracts or acquisitions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals, tracking progress and key metrics to report to senior management.
Negotiate terms and conditions of management contracts or acquisition deals in coordination with Presidian and MLSA teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that could impact acquisition and management opportunities.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on acquisitions, hotel management, or brokerage.
Strong understanding of the Texas real estate and hotel market, with a proven track record of successful deal-making.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and internal teams.

Highly proficient in using CRM systems, databases, and other tools for research and contact management.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within Texas as required.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based bonus structure designed to reward outstanding achievements in acquisitions and management contracts
