Job Title: Business Development Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the growing Commercial Truck Leasing industry in San Antonio, Texas. This is a direct hire role with a competitive salary and commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand our commercial truck leasing presence.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance standards and prepare accurate invoicing paperwork.
  • Stay updated on competition and industry trends to achieve sales goals.
  • Follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction and professionally represent the company in various business activities.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and manage payment options with customers and finance companies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, and be flexible with extended work hours when needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial truck leasing and truck sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint, and cold call solicitation experience is a must.
  • Sales and marketing experience in the truck leasing industry is preferred, with in-depth knowledge of truck specifications and applications.
