Job Description

We are currently looking for Campus Support Coordinators for our office in Glendale, California.

Position Summary:

  • Supporting campus medical resources, departments, and patients as well as affiliated providers through inbound/outbound communications.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with ER visits, inpatient hospital care, enrollment/marketing, and provider transitions.
  • Conducting in-person education and training on the Early Bird Alert patient portal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Connecting callers to appropriate medical resources.
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and patient education.
  • Handling class/event scheduling and providing assistance with the Early Bird Alert patient portal.
  • Organizing project mailings, such as post-ER visits and patient welcome packets.

Additional tasks may be assigned by management.

The starting pay for this role is expected to be between $21-$23 per hour, with potential for bonuses and benefits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Managed Care or Healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekend shifts.
