Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patient/provider schedules and ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Provide exceptional patient experience through personalized interactions and timely communication.
- Manage patient registration, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays and payments as required.
- Prepare welcome packets and register patient data through our electronic medical record system.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Sort and deliver mail to the Office Manager and prepare daily batches for the business office.
- Prepare requested daily statistical information and notify the Office Manager of any potential issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Two years of experience in a medical office setting; bilingual in Armenian/English required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

The Patient Care Coordinator position requires prolonged sitting at a computer, with some bending, lifting, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are necessary to operate office equipment. Normal range of hearing and vision are required for this role.
