In this global cross-functional role, you are leading projects, optimizing processes, improving marketing efficiency, and uniting people across the organization to keep them moving forward.

You'll also work in close collaboration with business and marketing leaders across the globe, as well as agencies.

Responsibilities:


Lead cross-business projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planExperience with Procurement processes, including ability to facilitate RFP process, involve the appropriate stakeholders, facilitate decision-making and participate in any resulting contract discussions.

Be knowledgeable in the resulting contract to ensure compliance by the team. Ensure appropriate statement of works are created and satisfied for the resulting work efforts.

Qualifications:
9+ years of work experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in B2B and/or tech environmentProficiency in English language is a must; multi-language proficiency is preferredExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to multi-task with possibility to be responsible for more than one project/program effort at one timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVersatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivityExperience in data analysis and budget managementNimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutionsUltimate team-player with ability to work with a global and highly matrixed team including stakeholders in Europe, North America, and Asia
