We are looking for a dynamic and competitive Sales Manager located in Texas to join our team and help us achieve our bold growth goals.

OurFamilyWizard is a SaaS technology platform that helps families co-parent seamlessly across households.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals.

You will partner closely with our VP of Professional Relationships and Chief Commercial Officer to help shape the sales process in the professional law community.

You will coach a small team composed of an Account Executive and Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics.


What you will accomplish:

Partner with sales leadership to define a new sales process against the professional law community Lead a small team consisting of a professional liaison and BDRs to high quality outcomes in the assigned territory Test and iterate on new sales approaches to understand incremental impact on territory performance Partner with our Sales Ops team to ensure rigorous data capture and maintenance in our CRM to support sales pipeline reporting and forecasting In partnership with Sales Ops, prepare weekly pipeline reports for sales leadership and broader executive team Make recommendations on additional resourcing and tooling to support sales process Who you are: Enthusiastic and optimistic.
