We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Cadence Bank. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for soliciting business from potential and existing customers, processing loan applications, and analyzing financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit business from potential and existing customers to meet sales targets
- Interview loan applicants and process loan applications in accordance with established lending policies
- Analyze applicant financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility and make recommendations to management
- Prepare and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Approve loans that meet established lending criteria and are within approved lending limits
- Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage a portfolio of consumer and commercial loans, primarily consumer loans
- May coordinate collection efforts and provide professional, business-like atmosphere within the banking division
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented with knowledge of bank loan policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to lending practices
