COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive compensation package comprising hourly base pay and quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

LOCATION:
This role is based at our Fort Worth, TX location or Fort Wayne, IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide exceptional customer service reflecting PTR's values.
  • Manage customer quotes, specifications, and rental contracts with precision.
  • Ensure meticulous CRM data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Facilitate communication between customers, sales territories, and departments.
  • Coordinate off-rent notifications, pickup details, and communication with various teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date purchase orders and location records for efficient operations.
  • Utilize PandaDocs for rental agreements and follow-up emails for customers.
  • Complete vendor applications following regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with phone coverage and front desk duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
