We are actively looking for a dedicated & skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager for the following location:
  • Bexley at Left Bank - Fort Worth, TX
In this position, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of a service team to ensure the effective maintenance, inventory management, and repair of the property’s grounds and buildings.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues and executing repairs in various areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. You will also be tasked with scheduling and supervising all in-house and vendor-related work. A willingness to share on-call duties with other team members is essential.

This role is hands-on and requires active participation in maintenance tasks. The success of our service team is crucial for maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates through adherence to professional maintenance standards, quality control measures, and established policies and procedures. Our service team is driven by customer satisfaction, leaving a lasting impression on visitors, potential residents, and current tenants. Our company owns and manages all properties, offering stability and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant trade experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within apartment maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of building maintenance.
  • EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification is mandatory (Type I and II or Universal).
  • Proficient in using business software for managing work orders, scheduling tasks, ordering supplies, and email communication.
  • Must be willing to share on-call responsibilities with team members.
  • Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and necessary tools are required.
  • Background checks, including DMV and criminal history, will be conducted.
