Job Title: Foundation Development Officer

Responsibilities:
- Engage with major philanthropists
- Focus on fundraising within the local community
- Secure philanthropic support for various projects and programs
- Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors to drive fundraising results
- Serve as an Entity Engagement Leader/Liaison to VMFH entities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual donor development and fund development
- Proven track record of securing major/mid-level gift support from individuals
