Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic thought partnership to the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Leadership Team on key foundation-wide initiatives and priorities.
- Lead and manage strategy projects, including strategy development, implementation planning, and performance measurement.

- Manage and oversee a team of senior strategy and implementation officers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive strategy development experience in a senior strategic planning function at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, business, or non-profit organization.
- Experience in strategy implementation, facilitating change management, identifying and managing risks, and developing business processes to monitor and evaluate performance against goals.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with a clear understanding of key strategic levers and frameworks to guide and inform organizational decisions.
- Significant experience cultivating trust and managing relationships to guide confidential information and situations with flexibility and diplomacy.
- Expertise in developing strong partnerships and relationships inside and outside the organization, managing conflicts, and building consensus.
- Comprehensive experience pattern matching and synthesizing cross-cutting themes across a wide variety of domains areas (i.e., health, economics, advocacy, organizational dynamics).
- Comprehensive experience structuring, scoping, and breaking down complex, multi-stakeholder problems with many dependencies into outputs and actionable work products.
- Mastery level knowledge of strategic planning principles and processes, including strategy development, performance assessment, and resource allocation.
- Mastery level knowledge of data analysis and visualization, including the ability to integrate large volumes of quantitative and qualitative information into succinct and compelling syntheses and visually use data to create persuasive narratives and novel insights.
- Mastery level knowledge of team management principles and best practices, including knowledge of how to simultaneously manage multiple teams.
- A competitive salary range of $256,600-$397,700 USD, with relocation provided for the successful candidate.
