Key Responsibilities- Donor Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely donor data entry and reporting, including managing all aspects of the gift process (tracking, acknowledgement, and reporting).
- CRM Support: Serve as the point-person for data entry in CRM (Salesforce) including auditing and updating records on an ongoing basis.
- Moves Management: Support the moves management process by recording strategies for relationship management, entering contact reports, turning notes into narrative form, proactively identifying profile characteristics and next step tasks to be entered or created for front-line fundraising activities.
- Scholarship Program Management: Manage named scholarship program in collaboration with internal partners, providing timely and accurate reports to donors while maintaining a positive experience for Scholars.
- Grants Administration: Support the Development Manager in administering the grants program by tracking applications, handling all reporting, and completing simple grant applications.
- Operational Support: Manage operational and administrative activities to support the effective and efficient functioning of all development team members – includes tasks such as coordinating mass mailings, developing and refining processes with the team, printing name badges, tracking event registrations, and organizing potential prospects in spreadsheet form.
- Fundraising Events: Provide administrative support for fundraising events.
- Ethics and Compliance: Maintain the highest ethical standards of the fundraising profession.
