The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company. This position will accurately review and process invoices for a large number of vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Work with members from other departments on requests and issues related to payables
  • Manage inbound mail and other office management duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
