Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business or accounting office, with a focus on accounts payable processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience using interactive accounting systems, such as SCT Banner.
  • Experience interpreting output reports and analyzing financial transactions for conformity with procedures and regulations.
  • Experience processing journal entries and working with internal and external customers to discuss financial processes or issues.
