- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business or accounting office, with a focus on accounts payable processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience using interactive accounting systems, such as SCT Banner.
- Experience interpreting output reports and analyzing financial transactions for conformity with procedures and regulations.
- Experience processing journal entries and working with internal and external customers to discuss financial processes or issues.
