The company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand its market presence in North & Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling directly to major retail chains such as Walmart, Kroger, and CVS, as well as experience in enterprise sales with larger manufacturers. While technical background is desirable, the company prioritizes candidates with a strong sales acumen and established network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand business within the retail sector, focusing on key accounts such as Walmart, Kroger, and CVS.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries including retail, IoT, logistics, semiconductors, and medical sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing strategies tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Regularly travel to client sites and industry events to nurture relationships and promote the company's solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling into retail, IoT, supply chain & logistics, semiconductors, or medical sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within the retail industry and established relationships with key players such as Walmart, Kroger, and CVS.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions, preferably in RF, RFID, wireless, or battery technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in logistics, IoT, semiconductors, or related fields.
