Job Description Actively manage the current portfolio of active/inactive products and have accountability for portfolio rationalization and status change recommendations for Suterra products.

Maintain, optimize, and continue to improve global databases of product specifications, and project management planning, tracking, and reporting.

Manage idea inflow in order to draft and escalate new product, market, and geographic expansion opportunities to the leadership team.

Engage functional experts to bring their expertise and insight to decisions on feasibility and timelines.
Take active personal ownership of projects when required.
Administer oversight and course corrections throughout each phase of product development.
Assess and analyze current processes, recommend process improvements, and implement and track effectiveness.
